In a pinch? Feel free to use frozen pepper and onion strips for an easy alternative.
1 pkg. Fajita seasoning
2 Tbl. Cooking oil
1/3 cup Water
1 ea. Bell pepper, sliced
1 ea. Sweet onion, sliced
1 lb. Sliced chicken or steak

The highlighted flavors of this blend are tangy citrus, savory garlic, and a smoky blend of Mexican chilies.
1. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced meats, and cook for about 5 minutes, or until well seared. Add peppers and onions, and cook for an additional three minutes.
2. Stir in water, along with contents of the fajita seasoning packet. Simmer until the meat is completely cooked.
3. Served in warm tortillas. Be sure to pair with desired toppings and condiments! We enjoy them with shredded cheese, fresh salsas, guacamole and/or sour cream. The more the merrier.

So Simple. This pour-and-go pouch will season one pound of your favorite fajita filling, be it chicken, shrimp, steak, or whatever else you may be craving. Simply stir fry some peppers and onions (even tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.) along with your choice of filling. Pour in the contents of this pouch along with a little water, and allow to simmer a few minutes for the flavors to bloom.
