1 pkg. Mac Daddy Cheese Sauce Mix
4 Tbl. Butter, cubed
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 lb. Dried pasta
Flavor Notes
Bold with an intense cheddar flavor, which is backed up by red and green bell peppers, a kick of heat from jalapeno pepper, and a savory flavor from added onions and California garlic. It's cheesy and delicious.
1. Add entire contents of the seasoning packet to a medium saucepan, along with 3/4 cup of milk and 1/2 a stick of butter (4 Tbl). Whisk to combine the mixture, and then bring to a simmer. Set aside and proceed to the next step.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook a 1/2 pound of your favorite pasta in the water until al dente, about 6-7 minutes. Drain into a colander, but do not rinse!
3. Mix pasta into the cheese sauce mixture. Stir to combine, and the reheat on low until warm. Sit back and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
