At Ocean State Pepper Co., we take pride in hand-blending every batch—so your order gets the attention it deserves before it hits the road.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended—but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. We work with trusted carriers to provide the most accurate and competitive rates available.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, Ocean State Pepper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Ocean State Pepper Co. is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are not fiscally responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be refunded for product cost only, less original shipping charges. Additional shipping fees will apply to have the order reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at Dave@rhodypepper.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
