Blue Crab Bruschetta


8oz cooked crab meat

1 Tbl mayo

1 tsp Narragansett Bay seasoning

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 ea scallion, chopped

1 ea avocado, sliced

Dash Tabasco

4 slices of fontina cheese

4 pieces of crusty Italian bread

    Combine crabmeat with seasoning, mayo, mustard, scallions, and Tabasco.

    Mix well and season to preference

    To assemble, lay out the Italian bread on a baking sheet.

    Divide evenly the avocado, then top with crab mixture, finish with fontina cheese.

    Cook under the broiler until fontina is golden and bubbly
