Cheesy Irish Stout Fondue
Beer cheese fondue
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup Irish stout
8 ounces swiss cheese
4 ounces cheddar cheese
1tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon flour
1 tsp. Cow-abunga seasoning
1 French baguette
Preparation:
Rub down a small saucepan with the garlic clove and discard. Bring the stout to a boil
with the onion and pepper and reduce to low simmer. Shred together the Swiss and
Cheddar cheese in a seperate bowl, then coat with flour and seasoning mix. Slowly add to the stout, stirring constantly until all is combined and melted properly. Transfer into a fondue pot to keep warm and serve with sliced French bread. Enjoy!
