Cucumber Shots with Smoked Salmon Dip (GF)

Cucumber shots with smoked salmon dip

Ingredients:
1 ea. English cucumber
4oz. Smoked salmon
2tbl. Cream cheese
1 Tbl. Sour cream
1 tsp Vidalia onion, minced
1 tsp Surfs Up seasoning
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 dash hot sauce
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Pinch fresh dill

 

Preparation:
Peel the cucumber in its entirety. Cut the cucumber into 1" slices. With a melon baller, scoop the center of the cucumber out, be careful not to go through the bottom of the slice to create a cup. Add remaining ingredients into a food processor and pulse until whipped smooth. Spoon filling into the cups and refrigerate. Use a piping bag and star tip for a decorative touch.
