Glazed Cocktail Meatballs


1 pound ground beef

2 tsp. Hog Heaven seasoning

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

3 Tbl ketchup

1 Tbl soy sauce

1 tsp sriracha chili sauce

1 tsp sriracha chili sauce

1 jar welchs grape jelly

1 bottle chili sauce

    Mix together the grape jelly and chili sauce in a medium sauce pan. Heat over medium low heat until a sauce is formed. Lower heat and simmer.

    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Scoop large spoonfuls into your hand and make cocktail sized meatballs. Drop one by one into the sauce, try not to overcrowd the pot. Simmer for about 35 minutes. Serve as an appetizer.
