Smoked salmon deviled eggs


6 ea. large eggs

1 oz. smoked salmon, plus additional for garnish

2 Tbl. Mayo

1 tsp. chopped dill

2 tsp. minced onion

1 tsp. Dilly Gent

    Place eggs in a cold pan of water so they are completely submerged.

    Turn on heat and bring to a boil.

    Reduce to simmer and set a timer for 10 minutes. After, remove from heat and cool under cool water.

    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a food processor.

    Pulse to combine and reserve. When eggs are cool, remove shells and split in half lengthwise.

    Scoop out yolks, add to food processor, and pulse until smooth. Scoop filling back on to the egg whites, refrigerate until needed.
