Thai-style Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

1 pkg rice noodles, soaked in hot water

1/2 pkg broccoli slaw

1/4 bunch chopped cilantro

1/4 bunch chopped cilantro

1 tsp chopped garlic

2 tbl lime juice

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp Surfs up seasoning

2 tsp rice vinegar

2 tbl canola oil

1/2 tsp sesame oil

Preparation:

    Drain the rice noodle well. Combine in a bowl along with all the liquid ingredients and sugar to make the dressing. Marinate noodles in dressing for 10 min.

    Add the broccoli slaw mix, seasoning, peanuts, garlic, and cilantro.

    Toss well and serve as a side or on it's own. Goes great with grilled chicken or shrimp.
