Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

The names of our products and fun and catchy, but they aren't meant to restrain your creativity. We wanted to guide you on how to start using them but then let your taste buds run the kitchen.

Katie's brother and his family has recently switched over to a vegetarian lifestyle and they are using our spices more than ever. They have some great ideas and we want to share them with you.

Directions:

  • 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  • 2

Cut sweet potatoes into lengthwise slices. I can usually get between 8-10 slices out of one sweet potato. I leave the skin on because it's delicious but feel free to peel it if you want.

  • 3

Toss the wedges in olive oil and Cow-abunga spice. Spread on a non stick baking pan.

  • 4

Dipping Sauce: This is our addition to their wedges. We have a deep love for full fat greek yogurt. So I like to mix a little Veg Geez Louise in yogurt with a dash of devil dust as a dipper. But you do not need a dipping sauce for this! Super easy! Enjoy!
