Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cut sweet potatoes into lengthwise slices. I can usually get between 8-10 slices out of one sweet potato. I leave the skin on because it's delicious but feel free to peel it if you want.

Toss the wedges in olive oil and Cow-abunga spice. Spread on a non stick baking pan. 

Bake for 30 minutes. Turning them once. You want them to be brown and crispy. 

Dipping Sauce:

This is our addition to their wedges. We have a deep love for full fat greek yogurt. So I like to mix a little Veg Geez Louise in yogurt with a dash of devil dust as a dipper. But you do not need a dipping sauce for this!
