Ingredients:
4 oz. Genoa salami, sliced
½ ea. Red onion
1 container of feta, about 8 oz.
1 jar Roasted peppers
1/2 cup Banana peppers
1 Tbl. It's All Greek To Me
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Preparation:
1. Add salami, onion, roasted peppers, and banana peppers to a food processor. Pulse to roughly chop into a nice small consistency.
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and fold to combine. Taste, and adjust seasoning to preference.
3. Place into serving dish, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
4. Serve alongside crackers, chips, or sliced veggies and enjoy!
