Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Genoa salami, sliced

  • ½ ea. Red onion
  • 1 container of feta, about 8 oz.
  • 1 jar Roasted peppers
  • 1/2 cup Banana peppers
  • 1 Tbl. It's All Greek To Me
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

The Dip That Eats Like a Sandwich

This feta grinder dip is what happens when your favorite deli sandwich gets scooped instead of stacked. Creamy, salty feta meets crisp veggies, tangy dressing, and a punch of seasoning that brings the whole thing to life. It’s bold, briny, and built for tearing into with chips, crackers, or a chunk of crusty bread.

Preparation:

  1. Add salami, onion, roasted peppers, and banana peppers to a food processor. Pulse to roughly chop into a nice small consistency.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and fold to combine. Taste, and adjust seasoning to preference.
  3. Place into serving dish, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve alongside crackers, chips, or sliced veggies and enjoy!
