This maple roasted pork tenderloin is one of those meals that feels impressive but comes together with minimal effort.

Preparation:
- Pat pork tenderloin dry and season all sides with 1–1.5 tablespoons of Maine(ly) Maple. Let sit for about 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place pork tenderloin in a lightly greased baking dish and season with a pinch of sea salt.
