Tortellini Vegetable Salad

1 lb. cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
1/2 ea. diced red onion
1/4 ea. red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup summer squash, diced
1 ea. medium tomato, chopped
2 Tbl. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbl. red wine vinegar
1 Tbl. sugar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 Tbl. U Wanna Pizza Me? seasoning

Combine all chopped vegetables and tortellini in a mixing bowl. Toss with Parmesan cheese. In a separate bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings and stir well to combine. Pour over tortellini and mix well. Refrigerate until marinated, about 4 hours. It's even better if you can give it a whole night.
