Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 2 Tbls heavy cream

- 2 Tbls of your favorite marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg
- dash of salt and pepper
- sliced pancetta
- 1 Tbl of finely chopped basil
- 1/4 mayo
- small wedge of lemon
- dash of salt and pepper
- arugula, sliced tomato, sliced onion
Chicken Parm, But Make It a Burger
These chicken parm burgers take everything you love about the classic and pack it into one seriously good sandwich.
Juicy ground chicken, melty mozzarella, and a hit of U Wanna Pizza Me bring bold, herby flavor, while crispy pancetta and a bright lemon mayo take it over the top.
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parsley, oats, heavy cream, U Wanna Pizza Me, marinara, mozzarella, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, basil, salt, and pepper. Add a squeeze of lemon and stir to combine. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook pancetta until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the pan.
- Using wet hands, form the chicken mixture into patties and place in the skillet.
- Cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook until fully cooked through.
- Remove from heat and prepare your buns, wraps, or rolls.
- Spread lemon mayo on the bread, add arugula and pancetta, then place the chicken burger on top.
- Finish with tomato, onion, or desired toppings and serve immediately.

Wet your hands before forming the patties—the mixture is soft, but that’s what keeps the burgers juicy.
