Ingredients

  • 1lb of ground chicken

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 2 Tbls heavy cream
  • 2 Tbls U Wanna Pizza Me?
  • 2 Tbls of your favorite marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • sliced pancetta
  • 1 Tbl of finely chopped basil
  • 1/4 mayo
  • small wedge of lemon
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • arugula, sliced tomato, sliced onion

Chicken Parm, But Make It a Burger

These chicken parm burgers take everything you love about the classic and pack it into one seriously good sandwich.

Juicy ground chicken, melty mozzarella, and a hit of U Wanna Pizza Me bring bold, herby flavor, while crispy pancetta and a bright lemon mayo take it over the top.

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parsley, oats, heavy cream, U Wanna Pizza Me, marinara, mozzarella, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayo, basil, salt, and pepper. Add a squeeze of lemon and stir to combine. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook pancetta until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the pan.
  4. Using wet hands, form the chicken mixture into patties and place in the skillet.
  5. Cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook until fully cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and prepare your buns, wraps, or rolls.
  7. Spread lemon mayo on the bread, add arugula and pancetta, then place the chicken burger on top.
  8. Finish with tomato, onion, or desired toppings and serve immediately.
