  • 2-4 People

  • Time: 45 Minutes

  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ea. Idaho potato, cut into 8 wedges longways

  • 3 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbl. flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbl. U Wanna Pizza Me? seasoning
  • As needed, prepared tomato sauce

Crispy, Cheesy, and Built for Dipping

These parmesan roasted potato wedges hit that perfect balance—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with bold Italian flavor.

Coated in parmesan and U Wanna Pizza Me, they bring all the vibes of your favorite pizza night, just in potato form. And yes, they’re made for dipping.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss potato wedges in olive oil and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients (except tomato sauce) and mix well.
  4. Working in batches, coat the potato wedges in the parmesan mixture until evenly covered.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. While the wedges bake, warm tomato sauce for dipping.
  8. Serve hot with sauce on the side or spooned over the top.

Pro Tip:

Spread the wedges out evenly on the pan—crowding them will steam instead of crisp. For extra crunch, flip them halfway through cooking.

Make It Your Own:

  • Add crushed red pepper for a little heat
  • Swap parmesan for pecorino for a sharper bite
  • Use sweet potatoes for a different twist
  • Finish with fresh parsley or basil

What To Serve It With:

Serve as a side with burgers, sandwiches, or grilled meats—or keep it simple and enjoy them as a snack with plenty of warm tomato sauce for dipping.
